Boiled Egg With Parsley
This is a different way of serving egg on breakfasts, and it's very delicious too. Here is the receipe;
Boil the eggs and then peel them. Chop them into pieces and add some salt, red and black pepper into the eggs. Then squeeze a lemon and add it into the eggs too. Chop some parsley into it. You can add chopped dill too if you want.

Chicken Salad with Yoghurt
Boil some chicken. Leave it for to cool for a while and then tear to shreds it. Mix the chicken with some yoghurt and mayonnaise. Add some chopped pickle, dill, and corn into it. If you like you can add some planed carrot into it as i do. Finally decorate the salad in the way you like.

Bean Salad
Cut the beans on the bias and then wash them. Boil them in a pot. After you strain them, add some chopped parsley, dill, green onion, pickle, roasted red pepper and corn. Add some walnut or hazelnut into it. I prefer hazelnut. Make a sauce with oil, lemon and pomegranate souce. You can add some ready souces in it too. Finally, mix the salad with your souce.

Peel the carrots and then plane them. Roast the carrots with some oil in a frying pan. Leave it for to cool for a while and then mix it with yoghurt and mayonnaise. Then decorate the salad with dill, red pepper and corn if you like.

Zucchini Salad
Peel the zucchini and then plane it. Let the water flow by squeezing the planed zucchini. Roast the zucchini with some oil in a frying pan. Leave it for to cool for a while and then mix it with yoghurt that flavored with garlic. Put some grinded walnut into it. Then decorate the salad with dill and red pepper.
