Pie With Tahin*

INGREDIENTS
for the piecrust;
250 gr. margarine
3 table spoons of yoghurt
1 table spoon of powdered sugar
3 glasses of flour
5 gr. baking powder
for the top;
1 glass of tahin
1 glass of walnut
1 glass of sugar

*tahin: crushed sesame seeds forming a thick fluid of sesame husks and oil

PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients for the piecrust and put some (like the size of an apple) of the dough to the freezer. Spread the remaining dough in a fire-resistant plate, like
this that i'm using. But don't forget to spread some oil in the plate before spreading the dough.
Then mix the ingredients for the top and spread them on the dough. Plane the dough in the freezer on the pie and then bake it in the oven at 170° till its top turns red. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the pie after it becomes cooler.
